Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo — In parodies of classical ballet, the men of this company dance “a fine line between high art and high camp,” said Jeremy Ganter, the Mondavi Center’s associate executive director. “Obviously this is very tongue in cheek, but they are all very high-quality, classically trained dancers.” 7 p.m. Feb. 14, Jackson Hall. This is the first program in the Mondavi Center's new With a Twist series.

The Chieftains — This six-time Grammy-winning band goes multicultural, performing its signature Irish music and bringing in a guest, the Mexican roots band Los Cenzontles. 8 p.m. Feb. 17, Jackson Hall.

Russian National Orchestra — With Mikhail Pletnev, conductor, and Stefan Jackiw, violin. Program: Tchaikovsky’s Elegy for String Orchestra in G Major and Violin Concerto in D Major, op. 35; and Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 9 in E-flat Major, op. 70. 8 p.m. Feb 18, Jackson Hall.

Beijing Dance Academy’s Youth Dance Company — Presenting The Butterfly Lovers (China’s Romeo and Juliet), and several classical Chinese dances that are rarely seen outside China. 8 p.m. Feb. 19-20, Jackson Hall.

Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Famer Elvsi Costello — See separate story.
